Our process can recycle waste concrete into new concrete, returning each component t its original form with as little contamination as possible. Our process also includes the beneficiation of fines into cementitious materials. We have a model of providing recycling as a service, increasing the asset life of developers and contractors.
Anna studied Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough University. She started working for Xeroc as Project Engineer straight after graduation. Anna has experience of being a digital nomad, keen to learn skills outside the office as well as within.
Guy is the former CEO of Aggregate Industries UK (annual revenue £1.5 bn) 2019 to 2021 and prior to that, CEO of AI USA with more than 35 years in the building materials industry.
Ian is currently the CEO of the World Cement Association. He previously was Holcim China CEO ( annual revenue of $4 bn) with over 35years in building materials, construction and minerals. Ian has international experience in China, UK, USA, Australia and Japan.
With more than 25 years in construction and building materials, Miles is a chartered Environmentalist and a Fellow of IEMA. He is a
recognised voice in both low carbon and circularity agendas as well as an expert in positioning organisations to meet future customer needs.
