We mainly create tables, benches and planters for indoor and outdoor use however we are scaling our remit working with other partners to take on more on-site projects/builds. Our principle design start point is to include reclaimed (circular economy) and recycled materials into our work.

We often bring in other skilled makers to help with external projects. These partners/makers have high end woodwork skills in joinery, cabinetry, furniture making and installs/fit outs. We are in the process of building a relationship with another social enterprise that makes play items for playgrounds.

At thinkFOUND’s core we have a social mission to increase diversity in the creative and construction industry and help those furthest from employment pathways achieve social mobility through work. We work with and train up young At RIsk people; often not in education, employment or training in London (with a focus on NEET, BAME Communities, Considered as vulnerable or at risk of gang involvement, Ex / or Offenders,). We work on their soft and transferable skills and mentor them into becoming work ready while helping them into further employment.
