She has a strong track record working across multiple industries to identify commercial opportunities and develop practical solutions that meet brand and business goals.
Kate runs her own independent consultancy, Zoka Ltd, and is co-founder of Tern Eco, a B2B software solution designed specifically for retailers to recover product for resale or reuse. She has previously held senior leadership roles at Dr. Martens, New Look, Topshop and AKQA.
Zoe is a circular retail advisor and an established digital leader in fashion and retail, specialising in commercial sales growth and process management across all aspects of e-commerce operations.
