I have 15 years of experience in waste management and tech. I was Head of the Digital at Suez, a global leader in waste management, and most recently the Chief Product Officer for a startup called Waste Labs. Between Europe and Asia-Pacific, I have made a career out of finding digital solutions to disrupt the waste industry, such as introducing AI for route optimisation algorithms in waste logistics operations.

I am a second-time founder, my first startup was offering a B2B logistics solution for transportation companies. I have worked at fast-growing scaleups such as Uber and Rappi. And most recently, as an operations and customer experience director at the Chinese giant DiDi, where I have been part of launching and scaling up operations in different countries of Latin America, Europe, the Middle East & Africa. Reaching hundreds of thousands of daily transactions and growing teams from 0 to over 500 people.
