Looply is a social enterprise rethinking our relationship with single-use plastics.
We transform soft plastics - like food wrappers and delivery packaging - into reusable, versatile sheets that become vibrant, functional products. But our products are just the surface; the real innovation is the circular system behind them.
Between 2024 and 2025, Looply collected over 3,900 litres of flexible plastic waste or 1,490 square metres of plastic film, diverting significant material from landfill and incineration.
We partner with businesses, organisations, and communities to collect and transform their soft plastics into unique, reusable custom-branded merch or items sold back in-store, effectively closing the loop on single-use plastic waste.
By combining interactive experiences with sustainable practices, we make upcycling accessible, tangible, and engaging. Through workshops, online DIY tools, and participatory pop-ups, Looply inspires a broad community to rethink waste and adopt lasting, sustainable practices.
Fyona is a designer and entrepreneur who has cultivated a lifelong passion for using creativity as a tool for change.
With a background in multidisciplinary design, she leverages creative practices as powerful tools for social and environmental advocacy, recognising the need to address these interconnected challenges holistically. Leading a team of female designers and social entrepreneurs, she is dedicated to hands-on approaches that inspire innovative problem-solving, strengthen communities, and create meaningful, sustainable impact.
