An experienced and successful leader at every level of management, Alpesh began working in retail at the age of 16 and ended his corporate career as the COO of a business with over 1000 employees. Through lockdown Alpesh founded two companies with some associates which both continue to evolve and thrive. Through the Refill Therapy business, Alpesh has improved his knowledge of the climate crisis and has developed a passion to help people shop in a more sustainable way. With over 13 years experience in the financial industry, Alpesh provides the industry knowledge in Libertas Finance. Finally Alpesh has volunteered for the Samaritans for over 7 years, contributing to the community on a weekly basis.

I now lead entrepreneurial projects, creatively building businesses to improve lives. I leveraging the extensive experience I gained in my previous career spanning almost 20 years in progressive international finance leadership roles with Deutsche Bank.

I'm currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Refill Therapy Ltd. - creating zero-waste stores in East London (Hackney Wick & Stratford). Helping people to change the way they live and shop, one day at a time, to eliminate single use plastic and reduce waste through accessible refilling, reusing and reducing.
