Sharing can lead to lower costs, new revenue streams and more a flexible and sustainable way of working.

Optumum is the UK partner of B2B sharing marketplace creators FLOOW2.  Based in East London we offer a practical tool to help businesses in the UK work in a more circular manner.  We provide one central platform that creates transparency of demand and supply of excess capacity that can be made available to others to use.  In alignment with London’s Net Zero targets members can be facilitated to share idle capacity and resources in order to prevent unnecessary purchases, overproduction of goods and avoidable wastage.

Sharing and reuse of resources can be applied to every market sector: from health to retail, and from construction to agri-food. Businesses and organisations use our digital platform to sell, rent, trade, swap or give away equipment, services, supplies, personnel, facilities, knowledge, waste and materials. Sharing brings organisations, or departments within organisations, together to share overcapacity locally and regionally and can help businesses reduce costs, create new revenue streams, collaborate with others, and become more flexible and sustainable.

In addition to receiving support in launching a unique and affordable sharing marketplace, there is also additional project management and support services available to provide expert advice and practical assistance to create lasting behaviour change, initiate sharing opportunities, and maximise return on the initial investment.
